Red Jasper
Jasper is a 5 year old Missouri Fox Trotter gelding. His preferred gait is a foxtrot but
he also has a very smooth running walk and a nice rocking horse canter.
What looks like a tie down in these photos is actually the lead rope to our trail reins.
We dont use a tie down and didnt realize that it looked like one until someone ask
about it. Hes being ridden in a full cheek snaffle bit and nothing else.
Jasper is a very calm sweet natured horse. He enjoys people and attention. He's very
easy to handle and has no bad habits. He trailer loads easily, ties, clips and is good
with his feet. He's well broke and has trail experience. He stands quietly to be
mounted, backs, sidepasses and has a good solid whoa. Jasper is rock solid on the
trail. Nothing bothers him. He just settles into a nice fox trot and enjoys exploring.
Jasper is 14.3 hh and solidly built. He's just starting to muscle back up after having
the winter off. He's had all of his vaccinations and is shod and ready for a new home.
We're asking $2500 for Jasper at this time. His price is subject to change as his
training continues. A video of Jasper is available upon request with a $10 refundable
deposit. Jasper now lives with his new owner in Colorado!
